How to fix the usual things.
Most answers are here. Receipts come by email from Stripe; everything else is inside Lorewheel.
Cancel or change Pro
Open your group's link, go to Pro, and choose Change plan, card or cancel. That opens Stripe's billing page for the group, where you can cancel, change plan or update the card. Pro stays on until the end of the period you've paid for. Anyone with the group link can do this.
Cancel or change the organiser plan
Open the organiser link, go to Organise, and choose Change card or cancel. Every group keeps its Almanac; they just lose the plan's Pro at the end of the paid year.
Where's my Yearbook?
Open the Yearbook page on the device you ordered from — it shows each order's status. The PDF edition is ready to download as soon as payment clears. A hardcover is printed and posted by Lulu to US addresses; the order shows when it has shipped.
If a hardcover arrives damaged or misprinted, get in touch within 30 days of delivery with your order number and we'll reprint it or refund it. If an order shows Something went wrong, get in touch with the order number — any book we can't make is refunded in full.
Refunds
We refund any book we can't make, and any hardcover that arrives damaged or misprinted. Subscriptions aren't refunded for part-used periods, except where the law requires it — cancel and Pro runs to the end of what you've paid for. Full terms are on the terms page.
I lost our group link
If any device still opens the group, copy the link from its Almanac page. We keep only a one-way fingerprint of each link, so we can't look it up for you — that's what keeps your group's lines private. You can always export the Almanac from the Almanac page as a backup.
Delete our data
The Almanac page deletes a group's online Almanac, its recordings and its Pro subscription in two taps. The organiser page deletes an organisation. What's kept and for how long is on the privacy page.
Something's broken, or a line is wrong in the book
Tell us what you were doing, on what device, and roughly when. Include the order number for anything about a book.
